Description
Meridian Oil & Gas is seeking an HR Business Partner to support workforce planning, employee relations and performance management for its Abuja operations team.
Qualifications
B.Sc/HND in Human Resources or related field; CIPM is an advantage
Requirements
- 4-7 years of HR generalist or business partner experience
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian employment law
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience in oil & gas or a similarly regulated industry preferred
Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads on workforce planning and hiring
- Manage employee relations issues with fairness and discretion
- Coordinate performance review cycles and development plans
- Ensure HR policies comply with Nigerian labour law
